Stress-Fix™ Body Massage
Clinically proven to reduce feelings of stress, the Stress-Fix™ aroma with Lavender, Lavandin, and Clary Sage is incorporated throughout this body massage that combines Swedish technique, as well as specific acupressure and reflexology.
1 Hour Reflexology Treatment
This 60-minute treatment focuses on the feet! To prepare the feet we will begin with an exfoliation treatment and cleanse with warm aromatic towels. The Reflexology Massage will be on specific pressure points on the feet that connect to the various parts of your body. As the feet are often stuck in shoes all day not to mention standing on them all day, this treatment will help rejuvenate this often tired and sore area of the body.
Traditional Massage
A traditional massage with long flowing strokes that warms muscle tissue, increases circulation, and releases stress by bringing the body into balance. Customized for you!

Add Deep Tissue to the Traditional Massage
A therapeutic massage approach that addresses deeper layers of the muscle to relax, lengthen, and release holding patterns. Appropriate for chronic pain and injury recovery. Not recommended for first-time massage clients, during pregnancy or recent injury.

Thermal Packs Treatment Enhancement
A hot pack is applied to the back or other specified area that will allow the heat to penetrate deep into the muscle tissue to relax sore muscles.
